Understanding the user
Summary
The project targets adults who need to manage their own medication schedule or the one of their family members.
The research confirms the initial consumption that users need an app to insert the dose of their pills, their medication schedules and be notified when the medication time is due.
User pain points
- Users find the existing platforms isn’t simple enough to track and schedule their medication
- Typography and color scheme are not user-friendly for elderly people
Persona
Linh is a busy risk manager who needs a medicine reminder app because she often take supplement vitamins and have to keep track of her mom’s medication schedule.
